Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PreciseEdge Kearns Roofing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any roofing work with us. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional roofing services to residential and commercial properties in Kearns, UT and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Roof repair and maintenance
• Complete roof replacement
• New roof installation
• Storm damage repair
• Roof inspections
• Gutter installation and repair

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all roofing projects. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or if we discover additional damage during the project. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding with extra work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before beginning work. Any deposit will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, weather conditions, material delays, or unforeseen complications may affect timing. We'll keep you informed of any delays and work with you to minimize inconvenience.

Warranty Information

Our workmanship is guaranteed. Specific warranty terms depend on the type of work performed and materials used. All warranty details will be provided in writing with your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and will be transferred to you as applicable.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. Please remove any vehicles or items that might interfere with our work. We take safety seriously and follow all industry standards, but we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee if materials have already been ordered or crews scheduled.

Liability and Insurance

PreciseEdge Kearns Roofing carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not included in the original scope of work. Any additional damage discovered will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We're committed to making things right. Any disputes will be handled according to Utah state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the new terms.
